Electrical & Instrumentation

Capability

ANMAR’s experienced workforce is results driven by an experienced management team. Through a process we call “Supplemental Engineering” our management team reviews a project (both on and off site) and performs a series of verifications, material and installation reviews, prior to the placing the first man on the job. By resolving construction related issues “on paper” we minimize delays due to material deliveries and installation details, ensuring your project is completed on time. This process also generates a series of proprietary documents to simplify the Engineering Documents for the workforce, eliminating the time required for the workforce to “learn” the intricacies of your project and allowing them to concentrate on the installation methods.

Using this method, ANMAR’s Management Team ensures all Electrical and instrumentation installations are completed in accordance with your requirements (and in many instances, in excess of a customer’s requirements), using our proprietary documents as both an installation guide and a systematic method of verifying the installations.

ANMAR’s electrical workforce is comprised of Certified Electricians, Instrument Technicians and Apprentices with diverse experience in their trade. Our Ontario and Manitoba field workforces are I.B.E.W. (International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers) members. In areas where the local workforce does not possess the necessary skills for the required type of installation, our management team includes field supervisors who work with the men and ensure the installations meet or exceed industry standards.

As a multi-discipline Company, ANMAR’s diversified workforce provides our customers a single point of contact, thus eliminating disagreements over scope and the associated additional costs.
